MEET THE TEAM

Darlington Martor
Chief Executive Officer

Darlington Martor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anything Is Everything. He is a graduate from Concordia University Irvine, having completed his master's degree in International Studies with a concentration in International Business. Born in Liberia during the early years of Liberia civil war, Martor and his mother escaped the atrocities there and became refugee in Danane, Ivory Coast in 1997. He than moved to the U.S in 2003, sponsored by the United Nations resettlement program. In the U.S, he excelled throughout his school years and took the opportunities to attend the Providence Country Day School, followed by Connecticut College where he received his BA in International Relation with a double minor in Economics and History. Furthermore, Darlington was a stern student-athlete during his high-school and collegiate days.

 

After more than 17 years away from Liberia, in December 2016, Darlington traveled back to Liberia to reconnect with his family, culture and in doing so created Anything Is Everything as a way to help uplift the youth of Liberia. Darlington has traveled to over 11 different countries where three of these countries have been a direct relation to an academic research. Those three countries includes South Africa, China and Liberia. Darlington currently work as a Grants Admin for the James Irvine Foundation in San Francisco. In addition, he is an advisor to a U.S non-profit organization RestoreHopeLiberia, which focuses on youth development in Kolahun, Liberia.  

Randy Pearce 

         Legal Advisor and Development Director 

Randy is a Co-Founder of Anything Is Everything and a recent graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law with a passion for sports, education, and community outreach. Randy was born and raised in northern New Jersey and attended Connecticut College where he met Darlington Martor. After learning more about Darlington's life and how he came to be the man he is today, Randy felt compelled to join Darlington in making his dream, social empowerment through education and sports, a reality for the future Liberia. Randy is the East Coast Regional Director and legal advisor for AIE. In addition, he oversees fundraising and event planning in the Northeast. Since graduating from Connecticut College, Randy has been actively involved at the community level working with numerous non-profit organizations, as well as holding the position of varsity assistant soccer coach at the prestigious Bergen Catholic High School, located in Oradell, New Jersey. 

Billy Hawkey
Global Educational Director & Advisor 

Billy Hawkey graduated from Connecticut College in 2014 with a bachelors degree in psychology. The New Jersey native was the captain of the men's soccer team and was honored as the NESCAC Player of the Year and a NSCAA All-American in his senior year. Following graduation, Billy spent time as an on-field volunteer coach with Coaches Across Continents, a non-profit organization that uses sport for social impact. Billy trained local leaders in a sport for development curriculum in Peru, India, and Nepal. After his time on the field with Coaches Across Continents, Billy returned to his alma mater, The Pennington School, where he currently serves as the Assistant Director of Admission and assistant coach of the varsity boys' soccer team. At Pennington, Billy has contributed to initiatives for developing student leaders and enhancing racial literacy amongst the faculty. Billy received his master's degree in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.

Crystal Jackson
Logistics & Program Manager

Crystal is the Logistics and Program Manager for AIE. She is passionate about the needs and goals of the organization as well as meeting the needs of children all over the world. Crystal discovered this passion while achieving her M.A. degree in International Development and teaching English concurrently, in China. This is where she met co-founder and classmate, Darlington Martor. While there, she spent time traveling and volunteering with numerous non-profits that benefited children throughout Southeast Asia. Crystal's passion for children in the underdeveloped and developed world plays an integral part at AIE. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Science from Appalachian State University.

The Liberia Field Staff

Iris is AIE’s Program Director and holds a degree in Nursing from Symthe Institute of Management and Technology. She is currently pursuing a B.A. in Demography and Education. Prior to joining Anything Is Everything, she worked as a program manager for More Than Me. Iris first joined More Than Me as a nurse, but transitioned to Program Manager because of her strong management skills. Iris has been working in the non-profit sector for more than ten years. Prior to her time with More Than Me she worked as the Drugs and Medical Supplies Officer for the International Rescue Committee (IRC). During the Ebola crisis, Iris led More Than Me Home Healthcare Team and then later led the nursing teams in six districts, identifying the sick and assisting financially. For her efforts, Iris was honored as a Time 2014 Person of the Year. Iris is proud to be a part of Anything is Everything  and to be able to contribute to helping Liberian youth achieve a better future.

Iris Kou Martor

Wilmot Mabiah
Program Manager 

Wilmot was born and raised in Liberia. During the height of the Civil War, Wilmot and his family moved to Danane, Ivory Coast where he met Darlington. He is currently a senior at the University of Liberia and majoring in Civil Engineering. Over the past few years, Wilmot has worked immensely as a volunteer for various non-profit organizations such as MerciCorps, MoreThanMe, SaveTheChildren, and the European Union specifically on the installation of Solar Panels for the cooling of the Polio Vaccines. During the Ebola crisis, Wilmot worked as a volunteer on the Ebola Task Force to identify cases and spread awareness messages throughout his community and country. Also, he is currently the youth leader of his community, police academy, and president of his church youth organization. Wilmot played a significant role in the success of AIE's first initiative and has known Darlington since a very young age during their refugee days in Danane, Ivory Coast. Since his teenage years, Wilmot has dedicated most of his time in youth development projects. He's a strong advocate for youth empowerment.
